Study On Construction Quality Management Of Water Distribution Pipe Network Project Of North Water Plant In G City

As one of the key construction projects of the water affairs project in G City,the management level of the northern water plant project in G City still has much room for improvement.In order to improve the quality management level of the project,this paper adopts the literature comparison method,case analysis method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,data quantitative statistics method,and comprehensively uses the research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars to conduct research and evidence collection in front line participants,This paper analyzes the current situation of the quality management of the northern water plant project in G City,and analyzes the quality management problems in the construction process of the northern water plant project in G City through the summary of data,namely,the unqualified raw materials and the non-standard acceptance of concealed works,and establishes the quality management model,which is targeted according to the corresponding four management businesses,namely,supervision and sampling inspection,quality acceptance and information system(patrol inspection APP and concrete chip system)Personnel management proposes improvement methods from two quality problems in sequence.On this basis,this quality management study,first,develops quality plans and objectives,and second,improves site management through three rounds of PDCA cycle to achieve the goal of optimizing process capacity and quality cost.This research method also has certain reference significance for other water engineering construction in G City.
