The application of the modern information technology, making the distribution grid toward the intelligent direction, analyses the characteristics of electric power demand side also greatly rich content.as the important means to enhance the good interactivity between the power gird and users, demand response is becoming the focus to study the smart power grid and power load management system is the important technological support means.Under the blooming development of smart power grid, the relevant issues such as system guarantee to realize the functions have been analyzed which has great important significance for scientific deployment, reasonable use and economy of supplier and demander's energy. The load management achievement is very great in M region and also has vast load development prospect. In order to promote load management for further development in the future, the load management benefit currently implemented requires for evaluation.Taking M region as the research subject during the research process, the benefit generated during the load management process in this region in 2015 is specifically researched and evaluated and after completion of the evaluation, the specific measures are proposed to optimize the load management. It is hoped to build the specific mode to study the load management benefit through the research in this paper to make it clear a series of benefits generated in this process and also provide support to power company and relevant authorities in determining the load management measure to further enhance the load management.During the research process, literature analysis method is adopted to analyze the existing domestic and foreign research literature and also make qualitative analysis for relevant theory of power load management system, laying the theoretical foundation for the study. After that, with M region as the research subject, the exploration functions of power load management system have been explored combined with the actual situation to realize the efficiency analysis. Finally, according to the consumption characteristics in M region, the demand resource of air-conditioner load in M region is measured and the corresponding policy and incentive mechanism suggestions are proposed combined with the actual situation in China.During the process to research the network load management benefit in M region, the study is conducted from two perspectives of economic benefit and non-economic benefit to generate the relevant analysis system to comprehensively analyze the specific situation of power gird in this region and determine the management benefit in the above two aspects through the analysis mode of load management benefit.Combined with the research result,we know that this region has attained good achievement in 2015 through the load management and the benefit is extremely high. The load management benefit is specifically analyzed during the research process to find its disadvantages and it is mainly reflected in non-achievement of balanced profit share, etc. For this reason, the relevant measures are determined to optimize its load management in the specific research process and the main measures are including the different power price at the peak and valley, power price discount rate range for interruptible load and government's encouragement policy, etc.Furthermore, during the process to analyze which factors result in demand transfer, only user participation is analyzed and the relevant air-condition load response resource analysis model is generated to make the response resource clear in this region.Combined with the study result,if the energy saving rate is 1% and 2%,the total energy conservation quantity is ranging from 400 million to 500 million kilowatt.
