With the rapid development of our economy and the growing strength,our energy demand is increasing in further.building energy consumption accounted for a lot In a large number of energy consumption.Some traditional buildings for energy utilization rate is low and also cause serious pollution and damage to the environment.saving measures were not taken,others are with low efficiency that can not meet the national mandatory standard of green energy-saving buildings because of long time of use.In this paper,the green building energy saving influencing factors were analyzed,and and take benefit evaluation in Energy saving retrofit scheme of existing buildings that can help to carry out the green building energy saving work and realize the goal of energy conservation and emissions reduction in China.Research findings are as follows:First of all,the green building energy saving status at home and abroad were reviewed in this paper,and several commonly used dynamic energy consumption simulation software are introduced,and Also introduced the construction energy conservation benefit evaluation mathematical model method and theory of knowledge.Second,building energy conservation influencing factors can be divided into the social external factors and internal factors that affect buildings,and carries on the analysis.External factors include energy saving consciousness,policy and the evaluation system of energy conservation,etc.Internal factors mainly include the building shape coefficient,orientation,window wall construction,palisade structure thermal performance,etc.Then,this paper analyzes the environmental climate characteristics of areas of hubei province,hubei province belongs to the hot summer and cold winter region,Under the hot summer and cold winter area residential building energy efficiency design standard,focus on building palisade structure were analyzed that the influence of factors on building energy consumption about heat transfer coefficient,building structure,energy-saving insulation materials of walls,doors and Windows,roof and floor and its energy saving potential.Finally,combining with the above analysis of the factors that have impact on building energy efficiency to make efficiency improvements of existing buildings.Using the method of orthogonal experiment to design 9 kinds of energy saving design scheme.poor by DEST-h energy consumption simulation and analysis of influence factors on the impact of building energy consumption size order.Namely for building aggregate load index,the factors that affect the order for outside the window>exterior wall>the roof>the floor.For energy-saving payback period of investment,energy saving construction cost and energy saving rate index,building energy conservation benefit evaluation mathematics model is set up and conclude optimal energy-saving design scheme in many design that Meet the energy efficiency design standards to provide the recommended energy-saving design for hubei areas.
