| Wind power generation technology as a kind of technology which use clean energy to make power is now obtained high speed development in our country under the big background of the rapid growth of economy,the shortage of resources gradually and the environmental problem is increasingly serious.The running environment of the wind turbines is too harsh,the low level of the wind turbines manufacturing and the immature of the wind farm management led to the high failure rate of the wind turbines.At present,the domestic wind power use manual inspection and r egular maintenance provided by the equipment manufacturer manual to do the regular maintenance and inspection.The wind farms doesn’t consider the actual running situation,which leads to the improper maintenance strategy choice,excessive maintenance and lack of maintenance.For important equipment the maintenance mode is difficult to control fault consequences will cause serious damage by use the maintenance method of posterior maintenance at present.This paper introduces the Reliability Centered Maintenance to wind farm to solve the above problems.Form the wind turbines as the research object and do the study of the wind turbine maintenance decision based on RCM.The main work is as follows:(1)Wind turbine system analysis based on RCM:Introduced the implement process of RCM in wind farm.Determine the boundary condition of wind turbines and do the divide of its system through the analysis of the composition and function of the wind turbines equipment.Draw the function block diagram and the mission reliability block diagram of each system and complete the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA)by doing the analysis of the collected the data maintenance management instruction of the wind turbines and the historical operation failure data.Determine the cause of the problem and analysis the reliability of the object by doing the Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)to the key equipment(2)Establish the fault distribution model of the wind turbines key equipmentDiscusses the problems in process of building the fault distribution model.Use the weibull distribution to form the fault distribution model of key eq uipment and judge the model By test.Calculate the failure rate,reliability,failure probability density, mean time between failures and other related reliability through the model.(3)Determine the maintenance and the preventive maintenance cycleDo the maintenance decision-making of the wind turbines failure mode through the determination process of RCM.Judge equipment failure mode belonging which kind of failure mode in RCM through the weibull distribution failure rate model.Determine the maintenance method by considering the fault consequences and the cost of different ways of maintenance maintenance.Finally,determine the interval of the regular maintenance. |
