With the continuous development of society and economy,electricity consumption is increasing rapidly.In order to meet the growing demand for electricity,many power projects have been put into construction.For some reasons,the social benefits of electric power projects have been paid more attention to,but their economic benefits have been neglected.This leads to the management and control of the cost of power engineering is relatively weak.With the development of Power Grid Corp entering the stage of precision management,the control of power engineering cost has been paid more and more attention.It is an important work of combining theory and practice to study the whole process control of power engineering cost.This will play a strong role in promoting the sustainable development of power grid enterprises.This paper introduces the basic connotation of the whole process of the electric power engineering cost control understanding,put forward the concept of the whole process cost management,explains the basic concept of the whole process of the electric power engineering cost management,analyzes the cost of power engineering.Power engineering cost management is divided into decision-making,design,construction,completion of the 4 stages of management.Each stage has different characteristics.The main contents of power engineering cost management include the determination and control of the project cost.This paper analyzes the present situation of cost management in JH power supply company,and points out the existing problems.These problems are mainly based on unreasonable decision-making,management models and methods,not in line with the international and unscientific cost control.In view of the current situation and problems of power engineering cost management of JH power supply company,the paper studies the control measures of the whole process of project cost,and puts forward 4 control measures,such as decision-making,design,construction and completion.In the decision-making stage,the feasibility study must be strengthened and the feasibility evaluation shall be carried out.In the design phase,we should implement the typical design,implement the design bidding system,change the design fee collection method,implement the design supervision system and limit design measures.In the construction phase,strengthen the construction contract management,strengthen the design change review,strengthen equipment materials procurement management,reasonable cost control target and other measures.At the completion stage,we will strengthen the audit of the quantity of works,the examination of the quota sets,the examination of the fee collection standards,the examination of the amount and spread of building materials,the records of hidden works,changes,and the examination of the visa forms.This paper presents the building information model(BIM)based on the electric power engineering cost control of the whole process method and gray correlation analysis,expounds the basic framework based on the overall cost control of the BIM technology,the 4 phase are described in each stage of the BIM cost control mode from the project decision-making,design,construction and completion.Based on grey relational analysis,the influencing factors of power engineering cost are sorted to determine the main target of cost control.Taking a 110 kV substation project as an example,the whole process of cost control and Implementation Based on BIM technology is explained,and the effect of cost control is analyzed briefly.Power engineering cost management based on BIM and grey relational analysis can bring new vitality to the management of power engineering cost in our country,and further promote the management level of Engineering cost.
