With the rapid development of domestic economic construction,power supply supporting effect on the lives of the residents and economic developmen t is more and more important,to provide a stable and efficient power supply,has become the most important work of the electric power enterprise at all levels.Transformer is an important equipment of power infrastructure,transformer fault will affect th e normal operation of the power grid,may lead to serious blackout,the life of the residents and businesses for the inconvenience and economic loss.For a long time,domestic electric power enterprises of transformer fault prevention mainly take regular inspection,maintenance,need to invest a lot of manpower and resources,can also cause regular caused by transformer maintenance outage,not conducive to power grid continues to run smoothly.In recent years,the transformer condition based maintenance technology become the focus of domestic and foreign research and practice,the basic principle is the transformer running state monitoring and statistics,according to the reasonable prediction of the transformer maintenance to effectively reduce the normal transformer detection of invalid,maintenance,to improve the input-output ratio of power transformer maintenance.In this paper,in principle of transformer state maintenance technique realization way evaluation algorithm and state,to the jurisdiction of the power transformer in Jinzhong power supply company as the research object,mainly completed the following research work: from the state information of transformer operation,selected will represent a transformer running state and fault probability index,evaluation the index system of power transformer condition assessment,using fuzzy AHP to determine the weight index;taking evaluation index system as the foundation,the healthy state of transformer reasonable classification,establish the grey clustering analysis method in the evaluation model,realize the quantitative assessment of transformer health level;according to the transformer condition assessment and health level,from two aspects of technology and economy the transformer maintenance strategy decision,using grey correlation Degree method for the quantitative assessment of the decision-making objectives,determine the best transformer maintenance program.In the course of the study,and conducts an empirical study using the actual data of Jinzhong electric power transformer,when using the grey clustering method of transformer health level assessment determined transformer belongs to the "healthy" state,grey correlation degree evaluation method to determine transformer maintenance strategy i s "deferred maintenance",both of which are consistent with the conclusion that the research conclusion of this thesis have stronger rationality and practicability,can effectively improve the Jinzhong electric power transformer maintenance efficiency,red uce operation and maintenance costs of power network,the Jinzhong Power Supply Company fall this synergism,has a positive role in promoting and improving the quality of power supply.
