Thermal power unit of China's energy-saving emission reduction has been a longterm task.For energy efficiency analysis of thermal power units,energy efficiency analysis is focused on simple energy consumption analysis and thermal experiment.Boiler system is the largest loss of power plant system,Four tubes as an important component of the boiler in the field of energy efficiency monitoring there is still great potential can be tapped.In view of the above problems,this paper makes use of the massive actual operation data of the unit to study the energy efficiency evaluation and diagnosis of the four tubes of the boiler.The energy efficiency index system of the boiler heating surface is constructed by using the heat quantity method and the unit consumption analysis theory.Based on the analysis of equipment mechanism and data mining,the benchmark values of four indicators and parameters of boiler were established,and the Ebsilon thermal power plant simulation model was used to verify the actual operating data reference valueata.The thermodynamics based thermodynamics method Principle,the boiler four indicators and parameters of the consumption factor analysis of the difference between the current operating value and the benchmark value of coal-saving potential given,and give the results of the evaluation;The Ebsilon thermal simulation model is used to calculate the difference between the simulated consumption factor and the value of the depletion factor calculated by the thermodynamic calculation.expert system based on the method of the four tubes of the boiler Energy efficiency diagnosis tree,energy efficiency diagnosis knowledge base,so as to provide a theoretical basis for energy efficiency diagnosis?The research contents of this paper are applied to a million ultra-supercritical units,and three typical working conditions are selected in the unit data to analyze the case of energy efficiency evaluation and diagnosis so as to make the research content of this paper more practical and practical.
