| With the rapid economic development,China’s water environmental quality continued to decline.Construction of urban sewage treatment plant centralized treatment of domestic sewage is to improve the quality of Chhina’s water environment,one of the important measures.National "13th Five-Year Plan"proposed by 2020 the national city,county sewage centralized treatment rate of 95%and 85%,can be expected in the next five years,is still the peak of sewage treatment project construction.In addition to the construction of sewage projects with large investment,long construction period,a wide range of influence and other basic characteristics of municipal infrastructure projects,but also has a more difficult financing,environmental risk,high attention to the inherent characteristics of public opinion.In order to ensure the smooth construction of the project,to achieve the desired construction goals,the project must face a variety of potential risks to identify,scientific analysis and assessment and take positive measures.This paper takes Hengxian Sewage Treatment Project as the research object,and ’explores the risk management of the whole cycle through the modern project management method.Firstly,we use the brainstorming method and the risk checklist method based on the expert investigation to identify the potential risks that each project may face.Then,combine the main risk factors of the qualitative analysis of the project to establish the RPN risk probability judgment model,carry out the expert survey score,The risk,the policy,the economy and the natural risk,and then the actual situation of the project,put forward the specific countermeasures for the risk factors,and finally the results of the research on the results of the project,And inadequate summary,put forward the prospect of research on risk management of sewage project,and provide useful reference for risk management of similar sewage project. |
