Empirical Study On Post Evaluation Index System Of Construction Project Based On AHP Method

With a total investment of construction project is increasing year by year,the construction project management difficulty is also increasing,the whole process of supervision is becoming more and more important to construction projects,and project evaluation as an important means of project management,also receive more and more attention.At present,compared with the pre-evaluation and the stage evaluation,the post evaluation of the project has been paid less attention.There are many problems in the implementation of post evaluation in domestic construction projects.This is caused by the theory of post evaluation is not mature enough,the index system is not perfect,and the content,method and procedure of post evaluation are lack of uniform standards.Based on this,this paper makes a deep research on the post evaluation index system of construction project.This paper first analyzes the construction project in China after the evaluation of the implementation of the present situation,points out the problems existing in the development of post evaluation and forecast on the development trend of post evaluation,think of construction project post evaluation index system in-depth research is very necessary.Secondly,on the basis of consulting the relevant literature,the author constructs the evaluation index system of construction project,the correction and optimization of index system using expert interviews,and questionnaire on design index system through expert interview optimized indicators of the importance of investigation,the results of a questionnaire survey by statistics SPSS software for factor analysis,set up a set of four first grade indexes and eleven level two indexes,thirty-one level three indexes of construction project post evaluation index system.Third,according to the characteristics of the index system,the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight,through expert survey of four different types of industry to obtain the relative importance value index,and calculated the index weights of the experts on the classification results,the four groups of different index weights were compared and analyzed,summarized the various categories of experts the common and specific indicators of concern.Fourth,in view of the subjectivity of experts in various categories,this paper analyzes the problems that may exist in the optimization process of the index system,and puts forward the index optimization path.Finally,the main conclusions of this paper are summarized,and the deficiencies in the study are analyzed.In this paper,the evaluation index system of in-depth and systematic study of the construction project,to make up for the lack of theoretical research evaluation,construct the evaluation index system to provide reference for the standardization of the development work to promote the project after the evaluation.
