The rapid development of society,so that we must face is the growing urbanization,the rapid expansion of urban population and more and more serious traffic congestion.And urban rail transit has become an effective tool to alleviate the problem of traffic congestion.It plays a pivotal role in Public Traffic.We must think about a question is how to reduce the cost of urban rail transit operations.The cost of crew costs accounted for a larger proportion in the overall operating costs.Therefore,how to control the cost of the crew scientific ways to become the focus of the study.From the point of view of controlling the cost of the crew costs to combine the "people-car" operation.The scientific and reasonable crew scheduling plan can effectively control the operating costs of operating expenses and improve operational efficiency and play and mobilize the enthusiasm of the crew.It also related to the future of urban rail transit operations units to improve the overall level of transport services and quality.However,,the manual preparation of the scheduling program,spend generally time longer and adaptability worse or arbitrariness in the actual operation.When the passenger flow demand changes abruptly,a short period of time can not quickly adjust and change.It is difficult to fulfil the requirements of urban rail transit operations.Therefore the article will be the following aspects as a starting point and in-depth study for the existing problems.This paper first introduces the main contents of the problem of crew scheduling.It explains the basic characteristics and related concepts.It combines the experience and steps of manual planning and planning to sets up the basic procedure of crew scheduling,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization study of the crew scheduling model studied in this paper.Then this paper based on the basic theory of the crew scheduling problem and combined with the characteristics of urban railway rail line.It combined scheduling requirements and driving requirements in the actual operation of urban railway rail.We should consider the effective integration of resources and sustainably use.At last the crew physical fitness and psychological factors.Therefore,this paper aims at minimizing cost of stay waiting time and minimizing the overtime cost and to establish the model of function relation optimization.It will reduce the cost of crew costs and achieve to maximize the efficiency of crew scheduling.In this paper,we choose the improved genetic algorithm to base on the optimal preservation strategy because of the NP problem.The optimization model is the integer programming model and the data scale is large.The rules of the rule constraints are more complex and the solution is difficult.By optimizing the selection of the selection operator,which the effect of preserving the optimal gene and speeding up the convergence speed is achieved.Finally,to choose the Tianjin subway line 9 as an example,which the design algorithm is used to solve the established optimization model and the results are analyzed.It is shown that the cost of the crew is higher than that of the improved genetic algorithm based on the optimal preservation strategy.The continuous driving sections are more closer and more higher quality scheduling.The results of the case study can directly verify the feasibility of the optimization model and the algorithm.It will provide a theoretical basis for the automatic preparation of the crew scheduling plan.
