Urban rail transit has the characteristics of short running distance,dense operation interval,convenient and quick and so on.It can effectively alleviate the traffic pressure of the city.The crew is the core of rail transit operation and management.And only reasonable arrangement of duty to each crew member can guarantee the operation safety of the subway.The previous crew scheduling mainly relies on the experienced dispatcher to manually draw various electronic forms.It takes several weeks to get the duty schedule of the attendants.This way is heavy workload,low efficiency,and easy to make mistakes.In order to speed up the information process of rail transit,it is necessary to develop a set of crew scheduling system to meet the actual needs.This paper first summarizes the research status of the field of rail transit,and makes detailed requirements analysis on the business process of the subway,and designs the whole structure of the crew scheduling system,the function modules,the operation process and the database.The main goal of the system is to automatically generate crew scheduling plan and complete the crew scheduling task.This paper,aiming at the rule of retreat attendance of subway crew,the rules of the handover shift,the length of working time,and the constraint conditions of the rest time of the crew and the peak hours of the subway passenger flow,defines the core problem of the system,the problem of multiple objective and multiple constraints.A lot of information is inquired and studied deeply,a suitable scheduling model of the crew is established,and the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,and the model is tested by the test data.Finally,the system is realized by C#.The system can automatically generate crew scheduling plan,so that crew members can be on duty.In addition to realizing the function of automatic generation scheduling,the system also provides the functions of station information management,operation map information management,crew information management,system authority management,log information management and so on.At the end of this paper,we use the RobotFramework test framework to test the system automatically to verify that all the functions of the system meet expectations.The results show that the system is safe and reliable.The use of this system can effectively reduce the working hours of manual delivery or scheduling,reduce the management difficulty of subway crew,and further improve the efficiency of subway operation management,which is of great significance to the information development of the subway system.
