With the advantages of mi-floor area,reasonable for loading,enough stiffness and strength,highly degree of mechanization,Shallow silo has gradually become a warehouse in C hina in recent years.At present,there are some problems in traditional method of scaffolding construction of large diameter silo roof,in view of this,this paper proposes a new type of large diameter silo construction method,Combined with the traditional construction methods and sliding mode platform construction method,through the analysis of the three construction methods and optimization decision,to provide guidance for the actual construction.This paper introduces the main form and characteristics of the structure of large diameter shallow silos on the basis of the analysis of research status at home and abroad,In addition,this paper expounds the existing basic construction process and characteristics of large diameter shallow silo's roof and put forward a new construction method.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the comprehensive benefit of construction scheme optimization selection,combine the variable fuzzy optimization model with analytic hierarchy process.And apply it to the construction scheme optimization of the warehouse top of large diameter light round storehouse.Introduces the variable fuzzy optimization and the basic principle of analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and steps.Aiming at construction scheme optimization layer,construction convenience,economic rationality,construction quality,construction safety four factors as the control layer,and establish variable fuzzy network optimization model.In the fuzzy optimization model,based on construction period,construction difficulty,construction cost(labor,materials,machinery fee),and other 11 factors to establish evaluation index system.And using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight,combined with variable fuzzy optimization model to simulate the alternate construction scheme optimization decision-making.In the process of case analysis,first of all,according to the different construction scheme and combine with the bill of quantities for construction project comprehensive unit price for labor,materials and machinery consumption for quantitative analysis.Secondly,using Super Decision software to calculate index weight of the rule layer.And then,load the scaffold construction method,sliding formwork operation platform method,hoisting construction of steel strand supporting prefabricated conical shell plate into the variable fuzzy network model to optimize select.The result shows that applied the variable fuzzy analytic network method to the comprehensive benefits of selection of the construction scheme of large diameter silo shell roof is effective,and furthermore,it provides a more comprehensive decision method for the decision of the construction scheme of the large diameter shal ow silo roof.
