| With the continuous development of economic globalization,many factories’ equipments are manufactured in different places and then transported to the destination by land and sea.In this type of transportation,marine module transportation is more difficult.It is hard to transport equipments through marine module transportation because the construction period of marine module is tight,the volume of the module is large and the tonnage is high.The basic way to transport marine module is ro-ro.But the domestic research about ro-ro is less and mainly focus on the ro-ro ship.It also not studied the tools,transport stability and its passing ability.Based on the field investigation and research of Sinotrans Heavy-Lift Logistics Co.ltd,this paper analyzes the whole process of ro-ro ship loading and unloading by searching literatures and consulting industry experts.First of all,the technical characteristics and application fields of SPMT are analyzed and expounded,and then the experimental process of weighing of marine module is introduced.This paper also studied the calculation method of module gravity.Secondly,the basic settings of marine module transport tool SPMT are studied.Through these settings,the requirements of transportation stability are achieved.In particular,the card shaft technology has been verified and analyzed.In order to determine the maximum range of the pivot distance of the goods,the calculation of the stability angle caused by the load deviation is also carried out in this paper,and the general formula is obtained.Finally,the pass of the module in the rolling yard is analyzed,and the factors influencing the adoption of the roll through are summarized.This paper also carried out the checking calculation of the rolling yard.It also make a concrete analysis to the different situation.When the rolling yard has a slope,a general judgment formula for judging the axle passing through the slope is derived.In order to study the carrying capacity of ro-ro,the general method of calculating axial load is analyzed,and the carrying capacity of ro-ro is checked.This paper also invented the method of precise dropping of buttress in order to improve the efficiency of roll loading.From the actual project case,this paper help to form a thorough understanding of the details of class operations and lay the foundation for further optimization of the operation process,and provide a strong technical support for the safety roll. |
