Research On Industrialized Construction And Installation Technology Evaluation System Of Civil Steel Structure Building

Construction industry has made considerable development with the development of the national economy.The current construction industry still plays an important role in the economic development of our country.And effective management,the evaluation methods is an important part of the construction industry development.Existing evaluation method to evaluate mainly focus on the construction project quality and the safety and reliable inspection,not concentrates on the the whole construction period,and little information about steel structure construction evaluation which is still belongs to emerging technologies can be find,it still lacks of in-depth research about the control in the whole construction period.At present,the Systematic evaluation system of construction has not been formed,the only current standard is the Construction Quality Assessment Standards,and the construction control system remains to be perfect,at the same time,some developed countries' systematic evaluation systems have a good performance on construction control,Hong Kong's PASS evaluation system evaluate construction from the engineering construction and management to the later maintenance warranty,Singapore's CONQUS system construction project evaluation is divided into structure,decoration,mechanical and electrical three aspects.From the above two cases,construction project evaluation should not only focus on quality control,but also should take into account the preparation before construction,construction management to after the completion of each control.According to the target above,this paper discusses the steel structure construction and installation technical evaluation model and evaluation system,combined with the technical evaluation theory,reference for the similar structure of the evaluation system structure,established the evaluation model on the basis of performance,economy and policy oriented.According to the evaluation model respectively analyzed the steel structure housing construction technology from aspects such as technology,economy and environmental protection from two aspects of construction technology and technical evaluation,combined with the characteristics of the steel structure residential construction analyzes the whole process of engineering construction mainly according to the current construction quality evaluation standards and relevant technical specification for construction of steel structure;Technical evaluation side,compared the commonly used evaluation system establishment method,analyzed the structure similarity evaluation system,based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP),formed the evaluation system by the technical performance and economy,green sustainability and policy guidance four aspects within three hundred indicators.Adopt the method of expert questionnaire,collected about one 1100 questionnaires about the division of engineering construction technology from real estate companies,design institutes,construction units,established the evaluation system of the weight coefficient of every index.Finally,using VFP developing the evaluation index system into operation interface,make the evaluation more intuitive and convenient.
