| With the continuous development of China’s construction industry,traditional extensive construction production model can no longer meet the requirements of quality and quantity of the construction industry in the current era.Structural adjustment and upgrading of the construction industry are imperative.In recent years,China has vigorously developed prefabricated buildings and used them as an important technique for promoting new building industrialization.However,many studies have shown that the development of prefabricated buildings in China still faces many problems.The cost advantage cannot be fully realized.At the time when prefabricated buildings have obtained a great resource tilt but have little effect,the industry has produced a new important practical result—SSGF industrialized construction system.SSGF(Safe,Science,Green,Fine)industrialized construction system is the practical achievements of enterprises under the background of new-type construction industrialization.The core of SSGF industrialized construction system is a combination of new construction technologies and lean management concepts,such as attached climbing frame,aluminum alloy formwork and fully cast-in-place concrete external wall.This study uses a combination of literature research,expert interviews,theory and empirical methods to achieve a comparative analysis of the SSGF industrial construction system and prefabricated construction system and traditional construction system.First of all,based on the analysis of the technical management characteristics of the three construction systems,combined with relevant expert interviews and literature surveys,this paper builds a comprehensive performance indicator system that comprehensively considers the performance of the construction process and the output dimension from the perspective of the system.Secondly,considering the relevance and fuzzy uncertainty between evaluation indexes,the concepts of g_λfuzzy measure and Choquet fuzzy integral are introduced and an improved AHP-Choquet evaluation model is constructed.Finally,through the empirical research on the actual operation of the three projects,the feasibility of the model is verified and the advanced and applicability of the SSGF industrial construction system in technology and management is analyzed and summarized.Research findings in this paper can provide new ideas for the comparison of the performance of different construction system projects.In addition,this study help promote the development of new construction industrialization in China,and have important reference significance for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. |
