Research On Design Of The Environment Of Old-age Facilities

Following the global trend of social aging,China’s aging form is also increasingly severe.For our society is generally filled with the "old age anxiety" problem,in addition to improving the population structure,we also need to actively respond to the impact of aging,including postponing the retirement age,improving the old-age service system,etc.China’s social pension system started late,lack of practical experience,there are many problems in institutional infrastructure and infrastructure design and environmental design.The construction of the national central city requires Zhengzhou to improve the social service facilities,including institutional pension facilities.Based on the relevant theories of the design of the old-age facilities,this paper summarizes the relevant research on the model,type and design of the environment outside the building and the old-age facilities at home and abroad.It is found that there is a great lack of research on the design of the external environment of the old-age facilities.Through the analysis of the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly,to understand the specific needs of the elderly in all aspects,and then to Zhengzhou City,the old-age facilities for the research object,in the initial survey to understand the basic situation of the pension agencies and scale,Through comparative analysis,with reference to the configuration of the environment outside the building in accordance with the size of the interval range of sampling,and ultimately determine 6 pension agencies for the subject of research object: the Zhengzhou Zhongyuan Guangrui Nursing Home;Zhengzhou,the United States and Hong Kong Old Love Old Apartment,Zhengzhou City,Old Apartment,Tianlun Home Nursing Homes,Zhengzhou Zhongyuan District,Nursing Home,Zhengzhou City and Love the Sun City old Apartment.Through the field investigation and in-depth visit,we acquire the basic situation,the characteristics of the activity and the satisfaction degree of the living environmentof the old-age facilities of the occupants.Through statistical analysis,this paper summarized the common problems and the merits in the environment outside the building of the old-age facilities in Zhengzhou and get a conclusion that the space outside the building environment consists of sitting space,road and walking space and fitness exercise space.On the basis of this,the paper puts forward the overall design principle,space construction method of the external environment of the institutional old-age facilities and detailed design and implementation methods from the following aspects: the recuperation space,the road and walking space,the fitness exercise space,the landscape greening,the sketch design,the light design,the color design and the information recognition system.
