| With the advent of the aging society in the world,the number of the elderly population in China is increasing year by year,and the social problems caused by the elderly care need to be solved.With the development of domestic economy and the change of the concept of old-age care,the model of old-age care in China is also changing.The traditional model of home-based old-age care is gradually replaced by the model of social institutions old-age care,which has become a new choice for the old.With the growth of the aged,the physical and psychological changes also show great changes.Based on this point,this paper analyzes a large number of excellent cases at home and abroad,studies the relationship and characteristics between the spaces of the old-age buildings,and puts forward design strategies to provide reference for the construction of living and living space environment to meet the physiological and psychological emotional needs of the elderly.In this paper,through the investigation of the current situation of the old-age buildings in large and medium-sized cities,the demands and evaluation of the old people for the space and environment of the old-age buildings are understood,and the existing problems of the space and environment are analyzed and summarized.The analysis of excellent cases at home and abroad summarizes the spatial characteristics of pension buildings.As well as the theory of environmental behavior and psychology,summarize the physiological,psychological and life behavior characteristics of the elderly.Combined with the existing problems in space,the psychological characteristics and needs of the elderly,and the spatial characteristics of the elderly care building,this paper analyzes and studies the spatial relations of the overall layout and three-dimensional spatial relationship of the elderly care building,the relationship between the elderly care building and urban facilities,the external environment,the public communication and spiritual space,the private and quiet space,and the nursing and nursing space,so as to form an empty space The schema of the relationship.At the same time,on the basis of the space schema of the old-age building,combined with the psychological needs of the elderly behavior and other elements,the paper puts forward the optimization design strategy of the old-age building space,hoping that this study can provide some reference and inspiration for the future design of the old-age building. |
