Huge amount of construction waste are being created with the rapid progress of urbanization, which also leads to the contradiction between buildings and environment.Recently, recycling of architecture remnants has become a hot topic among the public and scholars.Burying or dumping is not suitable for building rubble because of the leave behind containing hard-decomposed materials.Unprocessed construction waste is not only a kind of land-occupation,but also gradually produce the pollution of soil, groundwater and surface water in the surrounding area.Furthermore, improper treatments of residue give rise to the indicators of PM2.5 and PM10,which shows decline of air quality. The experiment was conducted in the structural Hall,School Of Civil Engineering And Communication,North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power. In accordance with the design specification of the standard concrete structure, the experiment proves that the shear strength of the clay brick concrete beam with 35% ratio is safe and feasible. The specific results of the experiment are described as below:(1)At the same experimental conditions, the specimens of the reference group and the experimental group have the same failure mode, which are all of the shear compression failure,Can be divided into pre-cracking stage and post-cracking stage.(2)The cracking load and ultimate load of the clay brick aggregate test beam are slightly lower than that of the ordinary concrete beam.(3)By comparing the relationship between the strain and the load,it can be seen that the deformation of the steel bar and the aggregate in the test group is similar to that of the aggregate.(4)The experimental results prove that the formula for calculating the ultimate affordability of concrete beams in concrete design code is also applicable to the calculation of shear ultimate bearing capacity of recycled aggregate concrete beams.
