Study On Post Occupancy Evaluation Of Urban Roadside Green Space In Zhenjiang

Urban green area is not only the most widely distributed in the city,but also the daily exposure of the longest green type.In the near term,the shortage of land caused by the rapid expansion of the city has led to the public's concern to such social phenomena,as well as the existing utilization rate is not high,the function is unreasonable or abandoned buildings to transform and optimize.In contrast,the urban street green landscape is the performance of the venue state of the same year,the internal space vacant,popular low state,the use of green space has not yet fully paid attention to the community.In addition,the post-use evaluation of green space is still in the initial stage,which is based on the theory of the architecture post-use evaluation theory and did not form an independent green evaluation system.With the development of urban planning in Zhenjiang,the number of urban roadside green space and plots had change a small number of new green areas` form because of the latter part of the urban road diversion or local housing demolition and the formation of the Zhenjiang.The late street green space is basically in the vicinity of the residents' community,and the green area which in the commercial area is rarely changed by the road expansion or diversion.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment,green space,behavior streamline and landscape elements of Zhenjiang six urban street green areas,the degree of freedom,style difference and internal elements;the general form,color,texture,Scale;site outside the building,the relationship between the road and green space in the green space are obtained.First,the post-evaluation procedure of urban greenbelt in Zhenjiang city streets was set up,and the evaluation factors were drawn from artificial facilities and greening,design aesthetic,spatial perception,traffic,management and evaluation of dimension factors.SPSS data analysis software to give the option weight and statistics of the Likert scale and open evaluation system questionnaire in all the specific values.Secondly,the reliability value and validity value of the comprehensive evaluation table of the urban street greenbelt after Zhenjiang city streets were obtained by SPSS software.The rationality of the elements and their independence with the basic information of the respondents were analyzed by rational data to determine the data suitable for analysis with the possibility of statistics.Finally,the post-evaluation factors are compared with the open-ended problem results.The final use of post-evaluation factors and open-ended results of the results of comparative analysis,using the line chart,bar chart,comparison form and other forms of intuitive reflection Zhenjiang city streets green highlights the specific issues and put forward the corresponding solutions to achieve the goal of guiding the implementation of street green space in the future.
