Study On Transfer Problems Of Urban Traffic In Transitional Period

With the rapid development of social economy since the reform and opening-up,our country is in a new transformation,showing the typical characteristics of social transformation,the transformation of economic system,political system transformation and so on,at the same time,the characteristic is more obvious and its impact is even greater in some cities.It emerges more and more urban traffic ways and transportation means,so the urban passenger transportation is composed of multiple forms of transportation means and transportation ways,to form multi-dimensional traffic system.The research starts analyzing current situation of urban transportation in transitional period and main problems of transfer,discriminates the influence factors of the transfer,such as punctuality,comfort,safety and economy,and points out information technology bringing the new opportunity of transportation development.Next,this article demonstrates the corresponding measures to relieve urban traffic transfer problems in transitional period,such as customized bus service,private car sharing service and park-and-ride system.These emerging things based on the information has brought people convenience and improved the travel efficiency,at the same time,some problems gradually emerge,such as potential security problems,administration lagging behind and unitary policies and codes.This article also puts forward the corresponding measures to solve these problems.Finally,aimed at Zhengzhou transition characteristics and traffic transfer problems,the paper analyses customized bus service,private car sharing service and motorcycle taxi with the local characteristic of Zhengzhou,and puts forward some suggestions.
