After more than three years of construction,the State Grid Telecommunication Management System has achieved the basic functions of resource management,real-time monitoring and operation management.However,with the rapid development of the intelligent power grid,the electric power telecommunication network control must match the higher requirements in order to supporting the intelligent power grid.The improvements are efficient supports of communication daily operations,total integration and communication scheduling.At the same time,the electric power telecommunication network must have a sensitive and accurate awareness of the communication network and service states,correct analysis judgement of all kinds of events and the automated processing capacity of communication management affairs.The intelligent telecommunication management system become the most important problems that need to be solved.To achieve the sensitive and accurate awareness of the communication network and service states,correct analysis judgement of all kinds of events and the automated processing capacity of communication management affairs,it must provide the data that came from the time dimension’s management of the state and properties of the device resources.Currently the telecommunication management system can manage the current node position of device resources in which the life cycle and the current configuration and status.Not well mining and using a single device resource’s vertical life cycle information and the horizontal comparison of information in the same life stage that came from a plurality of device resources.To solve the above problems,this topic introduces a persistence module of device resources’ life-cycle management in the design and implementation of intelligent communication management system.Starting with the installation and operation of the power communication network device resources,recording devices’ relocation,returned node,scrapped node and so on.On this basis,design and implement the intelligent analysis module in the management of communication management system devices life-cycle which contains familial defect analysis,intelligent regular inspection and other functions.Benefit from the supporting of the data came from the management of devices life-cycle,this topic can execute data mining of the malfunction from two dimensions which are time and equipment type.Then carry out the comparison of the results came from the two dimensions and the manual examination and acknowledgement for the familial defect analysis outcome.The intelligence regular inspection of devices module aims to filtering the device type from three aspects which are low failure rate,the recent restoration and recent regular inspection as well as focusing on observation to devices that contain familial defect,eventually developing a more preventative regular inspection plan.This topic figures out a MVVM architecture of project instead of the traditional MVC architecture which improve the coupling between the view layer and the mode layer in the implementation of the module.More simple allocation of responsibilities and clearer logical layering lead the significantly improved maintainability of the project.Meanwhile,the view layer is based on the model of componentization in development in order to maintaining the independence and expansibility of the intelligent analysis module.The intelligent analysis module is divided into the widgets and then assembling components.Due to this process,effectively improving the reusability of modules and meeting the all kinds of demands in intelligent evolution of the communication management system.
