The Research On Risk Management Of Telecommunication Operation Management System

As the capital of the power supply reliability of important safeguard of electric power communication network, only the construction of a set of effective communication management system can improve the communication operation level, management level, service level, to achieve communication network resource management and maintenance, to maximize the communication professional work efficiency, ensure the safe and stable operation of power grids.For Beijing Electric Power Corporation, telecommunication operation management system is the key project of enterprise information management. It takes the risk of software development, engineering construction, operations and maintenance, deploy a new product need enterprise pursue large-scale investment, complete test and production environment measurement, numerous risk factors are in the process, risk management is imperative.Firstly, this paper introduces the research background, research purpose, meaning, basic ideas and methods; Secondly, this paper elaborated the concept of project risk management, risk management processes as well as the classic software risk management model.
