Atmospheric electric field detection used in meteorological observation,aerospace, military and urban and forest fire protection and other occasions.Compared with the traditional field mill type electric field instrument, it has many disadvantages such as large volume,high cost and complicated operation and other issues. In this dissertation, a low cost, low power consumption, miniaturization atmospheric electric field instrument is proposed by researching the theory of electric field instrument.In this dissertation, I introduce the principle of atmospheric electric field detection first. Then put forward the overall design of the system. The design of the atmospheric electric field detection system consists of motor drive circuit,transmitting unit circuit, data acquisition and processing circuit, main control circuit,Bluetooth wireless transceiver module and software system. It can realize the atmospheric electric field strength detection in sunny and thunderstorm days.In this system, transmitting unit circuit use the capacitance as a sensor sensing element, two-phase four-wire stepper motor as the sensor sensing unit rotation vectors, through rotation of the capacitor to cut the atmospheric electric field, then product some charges on the surface. Data acquisition and processing circuit included current and voltage conversion circuit, filter amplifying circuit, it aims to change the weak current signal into a voltage signal. Main control circuit is mainly made up of STC12LE2052AD Single chip microcomputer and its peripheral circuits,through the main control circuit to complete the data acquisition, Bluetooth wireless transceiver module realized the detection data of wireless transmission,software system included the programming of Stepper Motor Driver, the programming of data acquisition, the programming of wireless transceiver and upper computer receiving system. The upper computer software is designed in C#, it can realize the data compression, data reduction and data backup. The user can query the data of the electric field detection system in real time. Finally, the simulated data and outdoor detection are used to the data analysis.Experiments show that the electric field intensity in the atmosphere is basically unchanged in sunny days. When the thunderstorm is coming, the electric field of the atmosphere changes abruptly, basically achieving the predetermined effect...
