Enhancing the bus share rate is a major measure to relieve the traffic congestion,the emergence of mobile Internet technology will achieve this possibility. In the peak travel period, the mobile Internet feeder will take the quasi bus price around the subway station, bus rapid transit station for a short distance feeder service, realize the first and last mile motorized travel, driving car to public transport, and the above statistical operation data, as a regular operating service threshold indicator in other periods. In contrast to existing ridesharing, the mobile Internet feeder is more challenging:(1) Passengers do not need to make an appintment to plan in advance, in order to prevent changes in the late planning.(2) Short distance feeder is suitable for most people. In the case of not occupying the main road resources, the feeder bus will achieve a rapid transfer of passengers to avoid traffic jams.(3) The government may encourage the feeder bus operation by way of using subsidy in order to enhance the bus share rate.Therefore, this paper first describes the short distance feeder travel and its characteristic, and analyzed their advantages. Aiming at the shortage of city traffic network structure, the paper designs a short distance feeder travel route in order to ensure the shorter feeder travel route and achieve rapid transfer of residents. Secondly,we conducted a RP survey of car owners to determine the number of days they had been commuting in a week, then we conducted a SP survey of car owners to understand the changes of car travelers travel mode in different feeder cost. We analysis the basic attributes of respondents, including gender, age and occupation. The relationship between the basic attributes and the choice of car commuting days are studied, we initially identified the factors influencing the chice of commuting trips. At the same time, the paper also discusses the main factors the influence the bus trip.Finally, the RP model, the SP model, and the RP&SP data fusion model is established respectively based on MNL and NL model, we obtain the factors that influence the choice of commuting days for car users and the contrast of several model's calculation results. And the sensitivity of the model is analyzed in order to explore the change of demand in different feeder cost and travel time.
