Planetary wheel-grind machine is mainly used for crushing and mixing,it can complete material grinding,crushing and mixing at the same time.Material can be crushed into powder by a series of continuous operation.Based on the engineering application,this paper builds the three-dimensional model of wheel-grind machine and assembles it virtually.The key parts of wheel-grind machine's trajectory and velocity diagram can be solved by motion simulation software.To observe whether its trajectory meet the expected demand of design,so as to mix materials sufficiently.And carry out the structure analysis for reducer by finite element software,it's very important and practical for wheel-grind machine manufacture and application.This paper builds the three-dimensional model of wheel-grind machine by Solidworks,and carry out the element contact analysis of the maximum loaded reducer gears by Workbench,we draw a conclusion that reducer box strength and rigidity meet the safety requirements,which can realize the normal gear transmission.This one builds the simple model of wheel-grind machine by finite element method,and calculate reducer 6 order modal under the bearing load.We draw a conclusion that different rotating speed frequency is different from the natural frequency of the gear reducer box,so it's very safe.We carry out the optimization analysis for the gear box structure.The maximum equivalent stress of gear box is regarded as the optimization goal,the reducer wall thickness is set as the parameter variables,we get their relationship images and data table between them Optimization results show that:the maximum equivalent stress is reduced by 5%,the reducer wall thickness is reduced by 40%,so this optimization strength the equivalent stress and improve its economic performance.Then verify this natural frequency,we find the change of the structure won't cause the resonance phenomenon.
