Super-capacitor has several advantages such as short charging and discharging time,high cycle life long cycle,large instantaneous discharge power and maintenance free,etc.It was received extensive attention from researchers and formed a large scale of the industry.At present,the primary super-capacitor on the market is the super-capacitor whose electrolyte is liquid state,it's working voltage and energy density are greatly restricted by the low decomposition voltage of it's liquid electrolyte.The main research contents of this subject is looking for solid electrolyte materials that can replace liquid electrolytes,improving the operating voltage of the super-capacitor and reduce its internal resistance,and then broadening the imagination space for the application of super-capacitor.The primary work of this paper includes the preparation of raw materials,microstructure characterization for the materials prepared,the prepatration of super-capacitor samples and electrochemical test for the samples prepared before.And at last this paper analyzes the results and draws conclusions.The details are as follows:Prepared nanoscale powders including?"-Al2O3 powder which is solid electrolyte material,BaTiO3 powder which is dielectric marterial and SrTiO3 powder which is solid eletrolyte material by high-energy ball milling process and then characterized their microsture.Prepared?"-Al2O3/BaTi O3 super-capacitor sample and?"-Al2O3/BaTiO3 super-capacitor sample doped carbon by 0.05%and testing their electrochemical performance.Through the comparation of the performance of those two super-capacitor samples,this paper drew a conclusion that it can imporve the performace of super-capacitor and reduce internal resistance of super-capacitor if he doped carbon into the mixed powder of?"-Al2O3 and BaTiO3.Prepared solid super-capacitor samples of BaTiO3,SrTiO3 and both mixed powder in different proportions.Tested the electrochemical properties of samples using electrochemical workstation and impedance frequency analyzer and analyzing the test results.By comparing the performance between samples,this paper drew conclusions that the working voltage of the super-capacitor samples was improved to 6Vand the sample whose mole ratio of BaTiO3 and SrTiO3 is 4:1obtained the best comprehensive performance.Under the voltage window of 6V,the specific capacitance of the SB?4:1?super-capacitor sample reaches 153mF/g and its energy density reaches 0.765Wh/Kg.
