Study On Evaluation Of Green Construction Execution Plan Scheme Of Expressway

Expressway construction promotes the social progress,improve the along regional economic development and people's quality of life.However,the expressway construction process brought great pressure on environment and resource.Green construction is adapted to the new situation of sustainable development of the environment friendly and resource-saving.And green construction execution plan is an important prerequisite and basis of green construction,is common requirement of the development of the expressway project management and sustainable development.In this paper,the connotation of expressway green construction execution plan,program preparation and evaluation are taken as the main content of the study.Firstly,the thesis introduces the expressway construction execution plan and green construction of the theoretical foundation,proposes the concept of green expressway construction execution plan,purpose and characteristics.Secondly,construction requirements for green construction execution plan are proposed on the basis of green construction technologies and green construction management both on the detail of the green expressway construction execution plan programming,from the construction plan,construction layout,resource management and environmental protective measures four aspects of programming elements.Thirdly,the construction scheme,construction layout,resource management and environmental protection measures four aspects are referenced to construct the evaluation index system of green expressway construction execution plan scheme.AHP and entropy method are used to determine the evaluation index Combined weights.The fuzzy matter element evaluation model is established to simulate and evaluate the green construction execution plan scheme.and an empirical analysis is carried out with the CY expressway project as an example.Empirical analysis of the CY expressway expansion engineering green construction execution plan evaluation results showed that there exist great defects in three work contents,which are construction layout,construction scheme and measures of environmental protection work content.These defects of work contents reflect in six aspects,respectively,construction site layout,air pollution control,construction method,noise pollution control and solid wastecontrol.Correspondingly,the concrete management substance and countermeasures should be programmed through improving the efficiency of the construction layout,the green construction technology,to strength the norms of waste recycling measures,dust management,construction equipment exhaust emission treatment and monitoring of noise and noise reduction measures.Besides,it's the establish of resource management that also needs to be strenghened,for example,the management of land resource can begin with soil conservation measures,the energy management with power conservation measures.
