University Dormitory Space Research

Dormitory is the second "home" during the period of College students". With the development of the times, the construction of university students’ dormitory in our country also has great changes. Students’ dormitory in the design should also make corresponding innovation and new practice, in order to adapt to the new era of living requirements. The development of changes in dormitory space model, to design the transfer students have comfortable dormitory space as a starting point, try to put forward the design principles for the development of college students dormitory space, provide a theoretical basis and practical experience for relevant research of College Students’ dormitory space.This paper mainly expounds the current situation of College Students’ growth and the changes of the social background of the dormitory construction, and clarifies the purpose and significance of the study. Three periods and characteristics of the development of College Students’ dormitory construction in China are summarized, and the existing problems in the dormitory are analyzed and summarized through the interview survey and questionnaire survey. According to the survey results, the design principles are drawn up, and the feasibility of the design scheme is proposed. The composition mode of College Students’ dormitory space is discussed, combined with the living experience and related factors of the residents. Large design content to the analysis of the spatial pattern of the dormitory building, small to the dormitory space of furniture size and furniture placed in the position to carry out accurate control, drawing CAD and effect diagram. At last, according to the development of the times, this paper summarizes the shortcomings and the feasibility of the development, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of College Students’ dormitory.
