With the rapid development of China's economic construction and improvement of factory automation production level,the automation of production processes and modern intelligent office premises require more and more high degree of automation of the power supply system and power grid power quality.But many large factories distribution system obviously can't meet the needs of daily production and office.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of production and office,it is very necessary to transform the area power grid in the old factory.Different with the new factory,the reconstruction of old campus network needs both to ensure that the power of the original production and office and the safety of equipment and personnel in the power operation and modification process.Therefore,in the management of the power grid renovation projects,it is important to ris k management.With a large domestic tire production enterprise power network reconstruction project as an example,this paper combine the risk management methods and tools,and put forward a kind of suitable for power grid renovation project risk management processes and methods,provide a reference for similar projects.According to the process of risk management,this article mainly includes three parts,risk identification,risk analysis,risk response and monitoring of the project risk management.In the risk identification phase,we first to the project WBS decomposition,and then decomposed the activities of the decomposed using brain storm,the Delphi technique and the interview three methods of combining the way of risk identification,classified risk factors.In risk analysis phase,listed each risk factors by graphic technology made the first of the three elements of project(schedule,cost,quality),and through the way of questionnaire survey on the probability of each risk grade and the impact on the project,and then use statistical methods and tools to summary and statistics of the questionnaire scores,finally through the probability and impact matrix to sort the risk factors.In risk manage and monitor the process,used risk response tool,dea l with the risk each risk planning,risked generated listing,and did a good job in risk monitoring at project implementation stage,guarantee the project changes and risks of continuous improvement.In this paper,the power grid renovation projects did de tailed analysis and research of risk management,combined with risk management tools,put forward a such project feasible risk management process,it has reference significance to kind for risk management.However,because of the complexity and dynamics of power grid renovation projects,project risk must exist,in the actual process of risk management still exist many problems,how to combine the project actual risk,using the project risk management tools,the power grid renovation projects of the comprehensive risk management,also needs to explore unceasingly in the work and study in the future.
