High speed train has become the most efficient,convenient and comfortable passenger transport vehicles in twenty-first Century,China has gradually entered the ranks of high-speed railway.With the continuous innovation and development of high speed railway technology,passengers are required to meet the basic requirements of safety and ride comfort.Seat comfort is an important indicator to measure the comfort of the train.Therefore,it is an urgent task to design a high-speed train seat,which is in line with China's national conditions,to improve the comfort of passengers,and to meet the needs of modern passenger travel diversified ride comfort.This paper mainly studies the comfort of high speed train seat in our country from the angle of the surface optimization of the seat back,and the main research contents and innovation points of the paper:First of all,through Beijing,Shanghai Nanjing,Wuhan Guangzhou high-speed rail line of high-speed train pass enger seat satisfaction questionnaire survey and real-time tracking records.and an alysis of pa ssengers ride behavior characteristics and psy chological needs of high-speed rail,the preliminary draw seat adjustment parameters,seat contact surface and the seat surface profile of 3D clad material were of high speed train passengers on the three key factors of comfort.The body pressure distribution test method combined with subjective questionnaire on seat static comfort score,the influence factors of static seat comfort for the further research on the backrest surface shape,are the main factors influencing the high speed train seat static comfort.Secondly,based on the finite element analysis method,the body pressure distribution model of the human body is established in the software.The finite element simulation of the dummy bit.Published in the domestic high-speed rail seat body design parameters based on the proposed eight optimization scheme to s olve the problem,optimize the backrest surface and adding curve adjusting device,passengers can according to their own needs an adjustment.Finally,after the optimization,through the finite element method the body pressure distribution prediction the body pressure distribution model,application of ergonomics,spine biomechanics theory,to maintain the health of passengers sitting seats to effectively enhance the comfort by changing the seat contact surface morphology,to improve the passenger train back now neck pain,to the design of ergonomic requirements of train seat comfort.
