High-speed train is not only recognized as a core transport equipment of high-speed railway, but also a concentrative reflection of modern technologies. It reflects many high-new technologies, including machinery, electron, computer, control and material etc. High-speed train stands for the highest level of locomotive and rolling stock technologies. However it is no longer that CHR trains have gone into operation in my country and we have concentrated our efforts in caring for the core technologies of speed and safety of locomotive in localization. The basic reason that high-speed train is different from trains is that it is in a particular dynamic environment. So railway workers bring up a series of study program to it. The body analysis is only static analysis of intensity and stiff at home and dynamic analysis is later, so it is not enough to carry on modes analysis and spectrum analysis of the hollow profiled of module aluminum alloy body. To carry on dynamic analysis of train and seat system and study and design of seating comfort is not to do. The dynamic performances of train system are not only directly relative to whether speed operation is increased, but also influence of seating comfort and safety. High-speed train is people-oriented vector, so its comprehensive comfort is the most important.The present study about the program at home and abroad is elaborated firstly in this paper and the body structure and parameters of CRH2-300train are introduced. Then, the methods and steps of building finite element model are introduced. To carry on modes analysis of body by ANSYS is to obtain natural frequency and inspiring from1to15steps. Then, to carry on spectrum analysis of body is to obtain vibration characters of every location of floor and to carry on statistics analysis. Thirdly, the underframe of seat is built a model by PRO/E and the model is imported to ANSYS to carry on modes analysis and to obtain its vibration characters. Lastly, to carry on relative analysis by vibration, mathematics, physiology and psychology is in terms of vibration characters. A system is composed of body and seat underframe. Then, the influence of seating comfort is analyzed. The seat is designed. The seating comfort is evaluated. According to research, we verified vibration characters of body floor different locations in particular situations and brought up size parameters of seat. What we did offer a direction for study in the future.
