Study For The Effect Of The Shiyang River Basin Comprehensive Management On Water Resources

The Shiyang River Basin comprehensive management started implementation since March 2006,basically completed by the end of 2015.Taken 2006 as the boundary,This paper evaluated and compared the surface water resources,groundwater resources and groundwater depth changes;calculated the balance of groundwater in plain area;Established the system transformation model of surface water and groundwater resources in Wuwei basin and Minqin Basin;Under the water resources condition that the comprehensive management had completed,further to predict the change of groundwater level.Assessed the effect of the Shiyang River Basin comprehensive management on water resources,the main conclusions are as follows:?1?The surface water resources in the Shiyang River Basin was 15.63×108m₃.According to 36 years?1980²015?data,the many years average groundwater recharge was 11.91×108m₃,Groundwater resources was 9.57×108m₃,the exploitable volume of Groundwater resources was 10.39×108m₃.?2?Comparing with the comprehensive management before,the groundwater recharge capacity increased by 1.31% and ground water discharge decreased by 17.62% and groundwater resources increased by 10.0% and Groundwater storage variable increased by 118.3%.While the groundwater exploited was less then the exploitable volume and groundwater overdraft problem has been alleviated,consistent with the downward trend of groundwater level was contained.?3?The changes of groundwater level 2007-2015: Huanhe and Jinyang irrigation of Wuwei basin,Quanshan groundwater irrigation and Lake Reservoir irrigation of Minqin Basin were rising.Other areas were decreasing.?4?Used the system transformation model of surface water and groundwater resources in Wuwei basin and Minqin Basin for dynamic prediction of groundwater level.The results showed:?1?In Wuwei Basin,at different guaranteed rates that are 25%,50%,75% by 2020 and 2030 year,the amplitude will be 0.238 m,0.051 m,-0.125 m and 0.214 m,0.041 m,-0.119 m.?2?In Minqin Basin,the amplitude will be 0.474 m,0.500 m under the current control scheme.
