Research On Cost Management And Control Of Henan Mining Industry Group Development Project

With the rapid development of China's economy,the construction industry occupies an important proportion in our country's economic sources,together with the iron and steel industry and automobile industry constitute three lifelines which restrict and promote our country's economic development.Because our country is still a developing country,economic development still lags behind the advanced countries,China's economic development and people's quality of life are closely linked with the rapid development of the construction industry,to a certain extent,to evaluate whether a country's standard of rapid development is the current situation of the development of a national construction industry in the world,which plays a very important role in the development of China's economy.This paper studies and analyzes the cost control and management of the construction project design process and the various stages of the construction,cost budget,management method,the stage of cost control and management in the process control principle,through the operating mechanism to establish a reasonable and effective project cost management and control,increase profits and enhance competitiveness in the market society for the construction unit.First,analyze the background and significance of cost management and control of construction industry at home and abroad,studies have found that there are problems in cost control system is not perfect and control backward at this stage of the project cost control,through the research on the cost management and control of content,establish the unique cost control scheme.Taking Henan Mining Group Company as the research object,Henan Mining Group Company in the design and construction phase of the cost management system and method,establish the reasonable design and construction stage cost control system,the construction unit that reasonable allocation of construction resources has the vital role of cost control.At last,take a case study the cost management and control of the Zhang Zhuang community building project which in Shangqiu city of Henan province,the basic operation status of the research of cost control in the construction process,the use of project management and cost control theory to make a theoretical analysis of the construction units in the design and construction stage of cost control,found its existing problems,comprehensive to establish a reasonable system of cost control,through the construction of budget control,cost accumulative curve method,deviation method and a series of engineering project cost control methods for specific data analysis,drawing table,and detailed budget control.Put forward reasonable management control methods and specific measures to effectively achieve the construction unit in the design and construction phase of the cost management and control.In this paper,through a detailed study of the construction units in the project design and construction phase of the target cost management and control method,case analysis combined with the cost management and control of Zhangzhuang community building project which in Shangqiu city of Henan province,to find out the cost management and control in the stage of disease harm,and put forward a set of reasonable cost management and the detailed control system,to improve the competitive strength,and provide a good reference for the future construction industry cost management and control.
