Energy Saving Research On Illumination System And Exterior Envelope Construction Of Office Building In Hot Summer And Cold Winter Zone

High-rise office buildings result from development of economy at a high speed and great density of population in the hot-summer and cold-winter zone, will keep its large amount in a quite long period. Firstly, the building space types, structure of energy consumption and air-conditioing technique characters of office building in hot summer and cold winter zone are analyzed detailedly in this paper. Secondly, the base building model is developed objectively. Thirdly, various energy-saving measures are evaluated by eQUEST energy simulation software, and the various impacts on all kinds of building energy consumption are discussed deeply. Research contents and results are put into the following broad generalization:(1)Building lighting automatic control System has been proposed, which can adjust lighting power acoording to indoor lighting conditions;(2)The energy-saving effects of various energy-saving transformation of office building envelop construction(including energy conservation composite wall, energy saving of window, internal and external sunshade of window, external sunshade of exterior wall and building orientation);(3)Determination of the the thickness of external wall exterior insulation layer,the optimal type of energy-saving window galss and the approprate building orientation;(4)By combined simulation, the functions relationship in window glass performance properties (heat transfer coefficent, shading coefficient and visible light transmittance), ratio of window to wall and building energy consumption has been found;(5)Optimization schedule control for internal and external sunshade of window;(6)It is verified that the thermal insulation properties of external sunshade of exterior wall is terribly remarkable.The purpose of this paper is playing a positive role to construction technique on saving energy-Sources.
