| With the development of the global economy,the construction of transportation infrastructure has become a prerequisite for national economic development.Civil air transport as an important part of modern transport for the national economic development and to improve the travel comfort.In recent years,China’s civil aviation industry in a rapid and steady development process,our country has become the second largest aviation country.With the increase of flights,air passenger are also increasing,then air passengers stranded by the sudden events are common,the air transport services seriously affecting.Therefore,we research the passenger security service system,the security passenger service system is one of the most prone to congestion the passenger service system of the terminal,and the research has practical significance.According to security service system of the terminal,it is necessary to research and analyze the arrival distribution of passengers in the security area.Only by analysis the passengers’ arrival information can we know the queuing of passengers and optimized resource.Through the analysis of the key factors influencing to the distribution of passengers,it shows that the distribution of passengers arriving in the security area has certain instability.The passenger arrival model based on flight distribution is established by Gaussian mixture distribution,and the passenger arriving model is adjusted adaptively according to the realtime passenger data information,and its adaptive parameters is established.Followed the research use the Malcolm principle to the security passengers queuing analysis.Select the GI/M/C model for queuing analysis to calculate the key indicators such as security queuing captain and passenger waiting time.Finally,the unstructured queuing system is analyzed by segmentation method,and the resource allocation model based on service standard is established.According to the service level of the arrival passenger to make the open the number of windows verified the service level required,and make the airport benefits become maximize.In the experiment use the ServiceModel system simulation to a full-day airport flight of arrive passenger.The simulation results show that the security service window for static resource allocation and dynamic resource allocation required the same number with the level of security services meets the IATA service.However,due to the uneven distribution of passengers,the static distribution of sporadic periods will caused resources waste.Dynamic resource allocation can reduce the number of security service window allocated in most timeperiods and improve the utilization rate of security resources.This research analyzes the security service passenger service system in detail,and makes a mathematical analysis of the security queuing system to realize the resources of the security passenger service system through the establishment of the security travel arrival prediction model to research the security passenger queuing model and the resource optimization model. |
