| Airport as the most complex transportation system,need to establish a number of operational indicators to reflect the operation of the airport,and produce a large number of production and operation data,which indicators can reflect the most operational conditions and development of the airport is not clear,and the airport manager's decision-making is more dependent on empirical judgment.The research on the comprehensive index evaluation system of airport operation state is of great significance for the realization of airport meticulous management,the theoretical study of airport operation efficiency and the correct reflection of the airport operation status.First of all,the literature and comprehensive evaluation methods of domestic and international airport operation research are sorted out.Basing on the research and analysis of the airport operation system,the influencing factors of airport operation status are identified.Combining with the airport existing statistical data,to build the index system of three dimensions of operational data,security data and service data.According to the characteristics of the airport index data,putting forward the improved TOPSIS,and setting the ideal boundary value in advance to construct the initial decision matrix with the single evaluation scheme,meanwhile,the boundary value selection method of different indexes is given.The feasibility and effectiveness of the method are proved by an example,and the effective solutions are put forward for the problems in evaluation.According to the evaluation process of the indicators and the ideal boundary to calculate the relative degree of completion of the index,as a judge of its contribution to the comprehensive evaluation index,to achieve the evaluation of the traceability analysis.Finally,analyzing the causes of the reverse phenomenon generated by the traditional evaluation,and indicating that the improved evaluation method and evaluation results is scientific and reasonable. |
