With the rapid growth of the domestic economy, the machinery industry is also experiencing rapid development, trough and recovery period, followed by a large number of mechanical products are facing the problem of replacement. As an important part of green manufacturing of mechanical products, remanufacturing of mechanical products plays an important role in solving the problem of scrapping large quantities and wide range of mechanical products, which is in line with the strategic needs of China's ecological civilization construction, development of circular economy, energy conservation and emission reduction. This paper takes the waste mechanical products as the research object, from three perspectives of technical, economy and resource environment, combined with the national standard “technical spec-ification for mechanical products remanufacturing evaluation” and rema-nufacturing quality grade evaluation related content,to grading index evaluation system, this paper establishes the mechanical product rema-nufacturing sex.Through comparison and analysis of grey relational analysis model, and TOPSIS method.A remanufacturability evaluation model of mechanical products was established based on grey relational degree analysis and TOPSIS.Taking strong power co.,LTD.,jinan diesel engine as the research object to carry on the case study,in view of the WD615 series engine remanufacturing evaluation analysis, draw the level classification: Q < 0.390,the old engine can not be remanufactured not;Secondary classification: 0.390?Q?0.515,old engines can be remanufactured.Three levels of class-ification: Q>0.515,waste engine remanufacturability is good, very suitable for remanufacturing, and points out that it is important for enterprises to control the quality of blank and improve the disassembly rate in the process of remanufacturing.
