Research On Evaluation Method Of Multi-airport System Operation Efficiency In Yangtze River Delta

With the continuous advancement of regional economic integration and the rapid development of air transportation industry in China,the coordinated development of urban agglomeration and airport group has become a new trend of urban development in the future.With the introduction of the national strategy of building world-class urban agglomeration,the target of constructing the world-class multi-airport system has also been put on the agenda.However,looking at the current operation situation of multi-airport system in the world,it is generally faced with the challenge of how to improve the efficiency of airport group operation,that is,excessive concentration of air traffic in major airports,resulting in problems such as airspace congestion,serious flight delays,and declining passenger satisfaction at these airports;while some small and medium-sized airports are lacking of air traffic,resulting in low utilization of airports,idle ground infrastructure,and severe losses.The huge volume of air transportation and the superior foundation of civil aviation development in the Yangtze River Delta make it has the congenital conditions for building world-class multi-airport system.Therefore,how to evaluate the operational efficiency of multi-airport system in the Yangtze River Delta,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the efficiency are the key to speed up the world-class airport group construction in the Yangtze River Delta.This paper combines the research status of multi-airport system at home and abroad at first,based on consulting the literature of airport group collaborative development evaluation and the factors affecting the efficiency of multi-airport system operation,gives the relevant definitions of multi-airport system operation efficiency.Then systematically analyzes the current operation situation of multi-airport system in the Yangtze River Delta,and concludes that this multi-airport system has some problems,such as high concentration of air passenger and cargo market,serious repeated construction of airline network,multi-airport competition in public airspace,and the need to improve the traffic connection in and out of the airport.Furthermore,the key factors affecting the operation efficiency of multi-airport system are explored from the macro,middle and micro dimensions,and an efficiency evaluation index system conforming to the actual operation of multi-airport system is established.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation method based on combination weight method and grey relational analysis method is constructed to evaluate the operational efficiency of the multi-airport system in the Yangtze River Delta,and the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the operational efficiency of the multi-airport system in the Yangtze River Delta are put forward,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the construction of world-class multi-airport system in the Yangtze River Delta and help the development of world-class urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Delta.
