| Heavy trucks, mainly commercial vehicles designed and equipped for the carriage of goods. In recent years,Heavy truck in the world of automotive industry occupies an increasingly important position,The truck driver’s safety and health has also been widely concerned. The most important factor that affects the physiology and psychology of the heavy truck driver is the heavy truck cab. However, there are some problems in our truck cab, such as the unreasonable layout of the working space, the low efficiency of the man-machine system, the lack of safety, and the lack of the study on the amenity of the color. We will use The Nissan series of truck cab as the research object, based on human engineering, design and analysis of the cab,the cab is improved in design layout, shape and color, and strive to design efficient, safe, comfortable and pleasant heavy truck cab.Firstly, the main components of the cab are classified, made the difference between the heavy truck cab and ordinary passenger cab design, then analysis the current situation of the heavy truck cab, determine the research for the three aspects of the cab layout, style, color. Then the layout, shape and color are introduced, and explain the impact of three aspects of the driver;using questionnaire survey to obtain the driver satisfaction for the cab and analyzed, obtaining cab design requirements.Based on ergonomics,The cab layout follow five principles and hand reach envelope, interface,Eyellipse space theory etc.;design of the double limit, limit and compromise are used on the modeling of design;color design follow the physiological feelings and psychological effect;use the GB,H point, human body model to design the cab layout, the adult human body size, correction and percentile of the body will be used on truckcab seats, dashboard, pedal, handle shape design, according to the cab color design color attribute and color matching principle. Finally, the CATIA software is used to carry out the virtual simulation analysis of the cab design, and the subjective evaluation method is used to analyze and evaluate the cab layout and color design. |
