From Space Imagination To Construction Design

The main content of the paper is based on the design control of "design completed degree".Architectural works completed degree depends on the "design completed degree" and "construction completed degree",from the view of design control,the former has more space to explore design and more meaning than the latter.There are two indispensable process in "Design completed degree",one is the design stage,the other is the construction stage;The design control of the architect focuses on the design stage,and this paper mainly focuses on the study of the design state.The paper based on the design research of typical cases from conceptual design to technology deepen in construction drawing,through a typical case to analyze architect's possible procedure of design control,this is one aspect of design control that the paper discusses;At the same time,based on the review of the entire design process,the productive "program" difference in the design of "drawings" phase has exerted an influence on design implementation and technical cooperative efficiency,this is another aspect that the paper discusses;But more importantly,through the discussion of these two aspects,summing up the design and control elements that the architect can implement in the design based on the design completion degree of the project.Based on the study of design control of "design completed degree," the paper selects the typical,universal types of public buildings as the observing object of the design process.The county cultural activity center project,as a study object,has complex functional background and typicality such as low cost,conventional structure under the site conditioning.The author participates in the contradiction analysis and solving process of the space and technology realization,and provides a deep support for the concrete observation and analysis of the design process.Taking the project as the carrier,parsing,this paper discusses the project in the whole process from space design to technology deepen,and tries to present the procedure and elements of the building design control from a typical case.On the basic of the design process' s study in a typical case,the paper discusses architect technology experience,team coordination and communication under the technology conditions,and compares "experimental practice " with "production practice" on the aspect of design process and design control,these two kinds of practice are the typical model in "design production line".The comparative analysis of design control aims to propose the possible means of "design production line" which meets the present development demands.Combined with what an exact role the designer plays in "design and product”,the design elements and suggestions given by the architect are proposed to the project from concept design state to technology deepen state,such as technical drawings reflected the design concept,design refinement and deepening direction,coordinating the technical contradictions,limited compromise and systematic and continuity design,in order to offer certain reference to design completed degree of the present vast and universal public building.
