The record filling at patrol inspection site is tedious, at the same time, the record is required to be input and filed in management group, so it is inefficient. The potential danger everywhere during running because the management methods and operation mode..In order to change the railway operator's outdated daily patrol inspection method at present, improve the fault handling and maintenance efficiency of signal equipment, guarantee the running safety, this text comes up with the technical proposal about the field standardized operation control system for railway signal based on intelligent portable operation terminal through studying the requirements of field standardized operation control. The relevant research achievements have been applied in railway system, the main research contents of the text are as follows:1. By analyzing and summarizing the content, emphasis, method, safety control measures and other relevant materials for fulfilling the standardized operation control, the text designs for the function and methods which the overall framework and each module of the technical proposal can fulfill;2. According to the requirements of system, text selects the model for the mobile operation terminal and designs for the embedded operation control software and the hardware of data acquisition module;3. The text designs for function and interface of standardized operation control software,and designs the data report form required for field use in detail.4. At last, the text illustrates the implementation plan for the system.The system can fulfill the following functions through the field implementation:1. The system downloads operation instruction into special portable operation terminal through upper computer, when field operation begins, operator can carry the operation terminal and get task instruction from it. Pen and paper are no longer necessary for recording operation task and process;2. Operation terminal can inform the relevant operator which signal equipment is required to be inspected and tested. Operator inspects equipment and tests the project and standard value according to the standardized process, if the data exceeds the top and bottom limitation,operation terminal gives out alarm and sends out requirements for repairing equipment to back-office support system automatically;3. Through the summary and analysis of daily patrol inspection data, intelligent judgment can be conducted according to the measured state of the equipment. And reasonable inspection cycle for the equipment can be provided. The original mode of schedule maintenance can be improved to maintenance according to requirements.The system can prompt the transformation of field operation from human control to technology control well. It plays a role in guaranteeing the running safety.
