As the world economy integration,the world trade among countries is more and more frequent,so the international transportation of cargo is becoming more and more important.1/3 cargo in international transportation is bulk cargo,and ore transport quantity occupy a larger proportion in total bulk cargo transportation,so ore transportation is very import in international trade.Containerization transportation can optimize the ore transport process,but the ordinary container and the existing way of container lifting and unloading cannot fulfill the task of ore containerization transportation.Therefore,a new type of container is necessary to be developed to realize ore containerization transportation.The mainly research contents in this thesis are as follows:(1)Current container design method in lifting,loading and unloading is comprehensively studied,and a new scheme of containers lifting,loading and unloading is designed,which can realize bulk cargo containerized transport.In this new design,lifting,loading and unloading process are set together,which is convenient and practical.(2)After the scheme of container lifting and unloading is confirmed,the overall design of the new container is implemented to meet the demand of the new way of container lifting.(3)Finite element method(FEM)is utilized to analyze the process of container lifting and unloading,and its structure is optimized after FEM analysis of the stress state.(4)The production process of container is designed,and the new type container is tested to verify if its structure satisfies the actual working condition.The development of the new open top bulk container is obtained in this thesis,and it can guide the further development of different kind of special container..
