Under the background of energy shortage and environmental pollution,more and more countries attach importance to the construction of new energy sources.As a kind of renewable and clean energy,wind energy is widely used in our country because of its mature technology,low cost,easy maintenance and so on.For the construction of mountain wind farm,how to design and build the road to meet the requirements of ultra large wind power equipment transportation is very important.At present,as the special needs of the mountain wind farm road design,there is no corresponding design specifications and technical standards.In this paper,based on the existing problems of road design in mountainous wind farms,this paper analyzes the commonly used wind turbine equipment and the transport vehicles used in mountain wind farms,and discusses the main aspects of the design of wind turbine longitudinal,vertical and horizontal Research content,study the road radius curve minimum radius,flat curve,curve widening,the maximum vertical slope and other indicators.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Commonly used fan equipment and its relationship with the width of the roadThe main equipment of wind turbine composed of cabin,hub,blades and tower.The wind turbine cabin is the heaviest piece of all the equipment,blade is the longest piece of all the equipment,the first section tower is the widest piece of all the equipment.At present,the domestic wind machine equipment can be stand-alone capacity size is divided into 750 kW unit,1500 kW unit and 2500 kW unit three levels.This paper chooses the 2500 kW unit which is commonly used in mountainous wind farm as the research object.Through the analysis of this paper,wind farm roads should be determined according to the first tower section width of road transport vehicles width.2.Analysis of the mode of transport of wind turbine equipment in mountain wind farmAt present,wind turbine equipment transport methods are ordinary transport and special vehicle transport.Through the analysis of the transport mode of the two kinds of equipment,the mountain wind farm should consider the use of special vehicles to transport the fan equipment,compared with the traditional general equipment carriers can reduce the road’s minimum flat curve radius and road corridor widening,thus reducing the fan Influence of Leaf Length on Mountain Road Design Index.3.Determine the influencing factors and design indexes of mountain wind farmThis paper systematically analyzes and studies the influencing factors of mountain wind farm and the design standard and technical index,and puts forward the points of investigation,selection and design of mountain wind farm.On the basis of this,taking the Zijingshan wind farm as an example,this paper studies the problem of mountain wind farm road design,analyzes and summarizes the road design and construction of mountain wind farm.Which provides a good reference for the design of mountainous wind farms in China.
