The accurate evaluation of the wind energy deem to be a crucial matter referring to construction and operation of a wind farm. It will have significant impact on feasibility of the project. Therefore, selecting an appropriate software, and using this software to conduct an comprehensive analysis regards to data processing system on anemometer tower, gain top priority in the matter of wind energy assessment. So far, the progress of wind-electricity generation has been clogged with feed-in restriction, speeding down its growth. On the other hand, South Region is experiencing a rapid development on utilisation of wind energy. The prevalent method used in south region for wind energy assessment is Wasp software, however, limitation imposed by linear model calculation on wind spectrum examination. This report employs computational fluid dynamics method to modulate wind energy prototype by Meteodyn WT. It simulate a wind energy distribution chart on wind farm, examine its state of wind energy, ranking level of resource storage and estimate installed capacity of wind farm. All these information gathered could be deemed as an reliable evidence for feasibility study.This report is based on real case (wind farm of Huai Hua City), analysis wind energy distribution circumstances by gather, rectify, amend and compute primary statistical data, which captured by data processing system on anemometer tower.The main research study area as followed:1. It is a software manual and it briefed about software principle, which based on the basic wind-energy generation theory. Gives reader a framework, methodology and theoretical foundation, facilitate their subsequence analyse and relevant computation.2. Based on real case of Huai Hua wind farm, this paper provided the parameters respecting on the real-time statistics, turbulence intensity, power law for wind shear, air density, etc. Moreover, it selected typical anemometer tower and given year.3. By using refined data, under take analysis of representative anemometer tower with the aid of Meteodyn WT. Estimate distribution chart of wind energy surrounding wind farm, in order to determine exploitation scope and installed capacity.4. A comprehensively analysis characteristic of wind-energy, evaluate whether worthiness of investing on the wind farm development.Based on this ground, the research paper provided a comprehensively analyze on the distribution condition of wind-energy in Huai Hua wind farm, and proposed following recommendations for subsequence plan.
