Green building is playing an increasingly important role in building energy conservation,and it can provide important theoretical basis and practice guidance to analyze and evaluate energy consumption simulation related to green energy saving technology.In this paper,by using Design Builder,parameters of building envelopes and the natural ventilation scheme of a constructed green building are simulated and analyzed,and building thermal model based on measured energy consumption of each component is set up to analyze the actual working condition.Moreover,HVAC system model using water chillers as cold source and gas boiler as the heat source is established and the energy consumption simulation and comparison analysis are carried out to know the energy saving effect of the HVAC system which uses ground source heat pump as cold and heat sources.It can be concluded that:(1) The external wall insulation system of the building is more beneficial to the reduction degree of heating load in winter,while in this respect the energy-saving effect of roof,interior wall,floor,door and window,window-wall ratio of the building is opposite:the design of the floor and the window-wall ratio is more conducive to reducing the cooling load in summer.And the energy saving measures of the envelope structure can reduce the annual heating load by 4.42% and the cooling load by 5.48% in summer.(2) The natural ventilation can greatly reduce the air conditioning load and energy consumption of the building:the cooling load of the air conditioning in summer is reduced by 23%,and the energy consumption of the air conditioning by 21.1%.(3) The energy saving rate of the project, compared with the standard limit value,is 8.06%,saving 8983.78 Yuan in annul electricity costs,and thus 718702.4 Yuan in energy consumption can be saved in design working life of the building.(4) By using ground source heat pump system,compared with the traditional heat and cold source system,energy can be saved up to by 42% and 50791.35 Yuan can be saved throughout the year.(5) By comparing the simulation value with measured values,it can be found that energy consumption of each component has missed the design value largely,the actual energy consumption of lighting and blower is lower than design value,which shows that the occupants have the strong consciousness of energy conservation.Nevertheless, in which the winter heating load is up to 74.5% higher than the design value in especial,and the performance coefficient of heat pump units can not meet the design value.(6) the high energy consumption of air conditioning system in winter heating period may be caused by the room ventilation at a fixed frequency condition.Through the analysis of the measured data,it is found that there are more energy saving measures in the actual operation of the building. For example : Frequency conversion adjustment of air conditioning unit;In the ground source side of the circulatory system to join antifreeze,To make the ground source side of the water temperature of the large;Increase the flow of ground source side circulating pump;Close the proximal end of pipe to strengthen the ground heat exchanger etc.
