Land Tension And Overcrowding Operation Middle School Building Space Environment Quality Improvement Typical Cases Study

At present,due to the rapid development of urbanization,schools in city especially the large city faced the limitation of construction land and the incretion of students number,so the space for development of the school is limited,land tension and overcrowding operation phenomenon is widespread,mostly schools are in the condition that the space environment has a serious shortage under the condition.Land tension and overcrowding operation schools are generally faced with the shortage,old and shabby of school buildings,insufficient investment funds and large amount of construction and reconstruction.Due to the continuous expansion of the school buildings,the building function is chaotic,the layout is lack of coordinated planning,the spatial organization is unreasonable,and the security risks are many.Some schools are limited in space,which makes it difficult for schools to meet the specifications,so it is difficult to realize standardized school running.In this case,these schools also take use of the roof or underground space,facilities and resources out of the school,increase the building area etc.,to make conscious use of the inner and outer space of the school,looking for ways to improve the quality of the school.This paper based on this background,facing the present situation of land tension and overcrowding operation middle school,taking the typical case building space environment as the study object,through the status investigation to comprehend the development history and current situation of the school,analysis high quality schools both here and abroad,research building space environment quality improvement of school.In order to summarize quality characteristics of land tension and overcrowding operation middle schools and high quality schools,make suggestions for improving the quality of the school’s building space environment.This paper expects to find out the actual demand in the process of middle school use from the actual investigation,through the function arrangement,the spatial layout,the organization form adjustment to optimize the quality of the existing school space environment.To find a feasible way to improve the quality of the land tension and overcrowding operation middle school space environment,not only to meet the current standard requirements,but also to further improve the school’s spatial environment to a higher level.
