| With the acceleration of urbanization,especially in the large cities with high migration rate,the pressure of high quality education resources is increasing day by day.The size of school building land is restricted by many factors,such as urban development and real estate development around it,which limits the development space of schools.What’s more,there is a serious shortage of functional space in the school,and the quality of the space environment of the original school buildings is poor,which directly affects the physical and mental health of the students.The secondary school campus under the restriction of land use generally faces the problems of old and old school buildings,lack of function,shortage of land for development and large amount of construction and renovation.With the continuous reform and development of middle school education,the demand for the expansion of campus buildings is increasing and the building is being rebuilt.The number of expansion projects is increasing.These construction projects are constrained by the increasingly serious problems of land resources,especially in some large cities,where the construction of secondary schools is increasingly restricted by land problems.Causes the building function to be confused,the plan layout is not coordinated,the space organization is unreasonable,the safety hidden danger many and so on question.This kind of situation,some schools also adopted Using the roof or underground space,the whole school can make use of all the new school buildings which can be used as a whole,so as to make use of the space inside and outside the school consciously,so as toimprove the capacity of the school to study.Under this background,this paper puts forward that the typical case of Shaanxi Province is selected as the research object in the light of the tense land use in the existing middle schools and the serious shortage of space in the inner schools in the urban areas,and through field visits,mapping,mapping,mapping,surveying and mapping,The methods of interview and other methods are used to investigate the changes of school buildings in the course of development and the present situation of space use.Through the typical cases of 10-15 years of school size change,planning layout,function composition,and so on,Through the systematic analysis and research on the reconstruction and extension strategy of single building,the break out mode of the space environment in the middle school is divided into single building space,campus sports ground,and so on.The public activity space is classified,combined with the existing concrete situation,the basic mode of the middle school space environment breaking out under the restriction of land use is summarized,and the type analysis is carried out according to the present situation.On this basis,Aiming at the existing problems,this paper explores the breakthrough point of school building reconstruction and extension design,seeks for an effective design mode of saving land and improving the utilization rate of space.Through the design means,it can effectively solve the imbalance of school attendance supply and function allocation in urban middle schools.The quality of space environment is poor and so on.According to the difference of campus space environment,the paper puts forward the breakthrough mode in different space environment and describes its application scope simply.The research results will provide a certain reference for the design of secondary school reconstruction and extension under the restriction of land use.The feasibility of the study needs to be further demonstrated through practice. |
