With the rapid development of urbanization,the population of the city is increasing,and the city's education burden is getting heavier.However,the city's basic education resources have not been correspondingly improved with the development of the city.Most schools in old urban areas were built before and after the reform and opening up.The original design did not meet the current standards for primary and secondary school construction.The school covers an area that is generally small,resulting in unimproved school space and difficulty in capacity expansion.The increase in the number of students has led to the phenomenon of “large class”,and it is difficult for the school's indicators to meet regulatory requirements.At present,China's urban primary and secondary schools are divided according to school districts.With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standards,The demand of high-quality education resources and the supply of society become the most prominent contradiction of education,and the cross-school district school choice phenomenon is prominent.However,the inter-school district phenomenon has also aggravated the phenomenon of large classes.The school district system is inexplicably established and the relationship between school districts and schools does not match.For this reason,this paper takes the elementary school district as the starting point and the residential building of the existing primary school district as the entry point to study the forecast model of the school district's schooling demand.At the same time.Based on existing elementary schools,the conditions of balance between supply and demand in school districts and primary schools and combining the spatial characteristics of high-quality school buildings at home and abroad,this paper proposes guiding strategies for the improvement of the architectural space quality of existing primary schools,and puts forward suggestions for the development of the existing elementary school building space and the optimization of the existing primary school district.The specific research content is as follows:I.Analyze the influencing factors of the residential building for the demand of schooling in the primary school district.This article takes the primary school district of Xi'an Old City as the research object.Through the investigation of the residential buildings of the TWX Elementary School District and the JHNL Elementary School District,a sampling survey was conducted on each type of residential building and survey questionnaires were issued.The research data was incorporated into the SAS software and the correlation analysis was conducted.Finally,it was concluded that the residential building area,the building age,the building type,and the house type structure had an impact on the school attendance requirements.II.Build a forecast model for primary school district attendance requirements.Based on the correlation analysis of the influencing factors of school attendance requirements,a prediction model of schooling needs was established.The multivariate linear regression and principal component regression were performed by SAS software.Finally,the forecasting model of schooling needs was obtained.According to the model,the TWX Elementary School District and the JHNL Elementary School District's school attendance requirements are calculated.III.High-quality school building space environment analysis.Through analyzing the cases of excellent schools at home and abroad,the functional composition,spatial layout,and organizational form of outstanding schools are summarized,thus providing ideas for improving the quality of the architectural space environment of existing primary schools when the balance between supply and demand is met.IV.The strategy of improving the space quality of existing primary school buildings with balanced supply and demand.The status quo of the architectural space environment of existing primary schools was investigated.When the school district's schooling needs and the school's degree supply are in balance,combined with the spatial characteristics of high-quality schools at home and abroad,an improvement strategy is proposed for the architectural space quality of existing primary schools.At the same time,suggestions are given for the optimization of existing elementary school districts.Through the research on the above content,this thesis can make a more accurate prediction of the schooling needs of primary school districts and provide guidance for the school's degree supply to ensure that each student in the school district can enjoy the right to the nearest school.At the same time,improve school's space quality and promote balanced development,the school district system can take root and return to inclusive.
