Under the background of new-type construction industrialization,the development and application of prefabricated buildings has received extensive attention from universities,governments,and enterprises and has become one of the focuses of many experts and scholars in recent years.The main form of construction in China is concrete construction,so prefabricated structures are also mainly constructed using prefabricated concrete structures.However,with the development of prefabricated concrete buildings,the prefabrication rate is getting higher and higher,most of the on-site traditional operations have been transferred to factories,and the quality control of prefabricated buildings has begun to transform into the quality control of factory production.According to the on-site investigation,due to the imperfect production management system of precast concrete components and the lack of relevant standards in China,the production quality of prefabricated components will be greatly affected by the lack of quality control in the production process.Therefore,the production process of precast concrete components is used as an entry point to evaluate the production process quality of precast concrete components.The evaluation results directly reflect the production process quality of precast concrete components.Thus,they can effectively control the production process quality of precast concrete components and ensure the quality of precast concrete components.At present,there are few studies on the quality evaluation of prefabricated components.Based on this,the purpose of this paper is to adopt the system method to systematically analyze the prefabricated production process.As a result,the eight key factors on the quality of prefabricated production process are identified.Then,the expert interview law and causal analysis are applied to extract the 33 key influencing factors from personnel,materials,machinery,methods,measurement,environmental six aspects of each prefabricated production key process.Analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of prefabricated component production quality evaluation index.Based on this,the evaluation index system of production process quality of prefabricated components is established.Based on the establishment of production process quality evaluation index system,the evaluation model and evaluation criterion of prefabricated component production process quality are established.The production process quality of prefabricated components of an industrial base in Guangdong province was evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the production process quality of prefabricated components of the industrial base is quantified into a comprehensive score.Then,the production process quality of prefabricated component for this industrialization was evaluated objectively and had an analysis of the causes and the evaluation results.According to the prefabricated production process quality evaluation results,the prefabricated production process quality improvement measures are put forward in our country,which has guiding significance for the improvement of prefabricated component quality.What' more,this will provide certain reference for government departments to formulate relevant policies.
