For a long time in the future,thermal power generation will still be the main way of power generation in China,as the working medium of energy transfer,the quality of water has a great influence on the safety and stable operation of thermal power units.Therefore,the purification of natural water can participate in the operation of the boiler,steam turbine and other equipments.As a result,the chemical water treatment system has become an indispensable part in the operation of thermal power units.However,with the advancement of social science and technology,the automation degree of the chemical water treatment systems has gradually increased,and it is difficult for power plant employees to participate in actual start-up,shutdown,and failure exercises,thereby making it difficult to improve the skill level of operators.In addition,whether some advanced control strategies are feasible in actual system process control has become an urgent problem to be solved.The simulation system of thermal power unit can reproduce the operating environment of real object and simulate the dynamic process of real object.The use of simulation system can not only effectively improve the level of staff operation,thus achieving the purpose of training staff,but also provide a test platform for the research of control strategy.This thesis takes the chemical water treatment system of a power plant in Inner Mongolia as the simulation object,and further studies its operation flow,system composition and equipment working mechanism.Based on the idea of the modular modeling,the whole process of the actual chemical water treatment system is subdivided into sub-processes and individual equipment.According to its specific physical structure and reaction rules,a mechanism model reflecting its functional characteristics is established.Fortran program is used to design and develop the corresponding simulation model,and the model is encapsulated and compiled the algorithm library based on the OTS simulation support platform.By invoking the simulation model of the algorithm library,the logic configuration is carried out according to the process flow and control logic of the simulation object,thus completing the simulation of the sequential control of each process of the simulation object and realizing the dynamic simulation of the process control of the chemical water treatment system.Then the Intouch configuration software is applied for picture configuration and dynamic link to construct the monitoring platform of its simulation system.The communication bridge between the simulation model and the monitoring platform is built by the MMI(Human Machine Interface)driver and the communication database MMI point table.Finally,a chemical water treatment simulation system based on C/S mode and pure software is developed.By running the simulation system,it is possible to accurately control each device according to the program control step.It verifies the correctness of the sequential control strategy of each process and provides engineers with tools to optimize the control algorithm.The standard error between the treated water quality parameters of the simulation system and the actual system is within a certain reasonable range,which verifies that the simulation model can truly reflect the dynamic characteristics of the actual process.The availability of the simulation system is proved and the training requirements are satisfied.
